The plastic parts are too big and will break with any long or hard use, good enough for small speed lights and occasional use.

Using this in combination with a light stand to be able to get whawtever lighting modifier im using in a better position. Just what I needed and at a resonablie price. From the quality I dont expect to have any problems with it. Cheap easy fix :)
