I buy this camcorder to make interviews, the camera have a very good quality video only with good light conditions, but in a room with a table lamp have noise and no sharpening. I honestly expected a better quality in low light conditions. The included battery has given me very good performance up to 2 hours. It is much more practical than a DSLR especially focus.

this camcorder takes exceptional HD video. I use it for filming high school sports. stock battery life is poor- you will likely need an extended battery or spare. I cannot get NFC to work with two different cellphones with this feature. I cant tell much of a difference when I use "zoom mic" feature, it still picks up sounds around me vs. just those in front of me where camera is focused. wind reduction works OK but does not completely eliminate when wind is gusty- it seems to take a second to engage.
