The manufacture is excellent in form and function

The manufacture is excellent in form and function on my EOS 7D 580EX II/600EX-RT. It stretches about 4 feet before you need to start tying down the flash. At 6 feet it will pull over a regular tripod. The coils are permanent and stretching it to 8 feet over the weekend had no lasting effect. This is not your Ma Bell telephone cord! I have ended up buying the Phottix straight 30 foot OC-E3 cord. No boat anchors required. These cables can be 'daisy-chained' and I have not had any communication problems.
