Very annoying Calisto 620 only works via Bluetooth. Sometimes the bluetooth connection does not work, or takes very long to connect. Also, when the battery is empty, I would simply like to connect Calisto 620 to my computer and use it but USB connection is only to load the battery! why?! If the battery is empty, even connected to the computer it will not work, it must charged beforhand! Very unpractical!! About the sound quality: I can clearly hear the colleagues in the call so the receiving fonction works well. BUT my colleagues complain each time that the sound quality using Calisto 620 is very poor, so the sending fonction is poor. Conclusion: bad sound quality, far from an easy plug-and-use, complicated Bluetooth search, battery to charge even though you did not use it.... Calisto 620 is really not recommanded!

Via Chat with DELL (I have a copy) I was assured that this P620-M would work with my desktop computer to record staff meetings. It does not function as a remote/wireless microphone. Not a happy camper as I don'tr need it otherwise
