With the old style Hasselblad C lens, which is usually silver, the PC protrudes, nipple-like, straight out of the lens, and is held in place with small mounting screws or rivets. Most PCs, notably those on foreign-made cords, are light in weight and tend to be loose and fall out of the lens. The metal portion of Paramount's Hasselblad C tips is much heavier, so they fit tighter, will not fall out, and perform dependably. Also, because the molded section of C tips is narrower, they will not interfere with quick-focus handles as other tips do. With the Hasselblad C lens, use Paramount's Hasselblad C lens tip #8. This tip should not be used on any lens other than the Hasselblad C.

Household (HH) Two Prong Plug: Fits most professional flashes with dual blade receptacle such as Lumedyne, Norman, Braun, and Dynalite. Also, units with three-prong plug such as Dynalite (3 flat blades), Sunpak and Quantum Radio 4i (2 flat blades with 1 round pin in the center).

Hasselblad C Lens Only: Fits the older style C lens. Will not interfere with quick focus handle. Has heavier metal housing for a snug fit. Should not be used on any lens other than Hasselblad C.
