"Hot Swap" Coverage, Bravo XRP, per year, must have also have Extended Warranty to be eligible.

The Primera "Hot Swap" service guarantees next business day delivery of a replacement unit in the event that Primera is unable to assist you and get your XRP working.

You must also have the Extended Warranty to be eligible for the Hot Swap Program.
