We purchased several of these tags for use in the media center of an academic library; we provide some cameras and tripods to students to check out. The tags are attached to equipment cases. Although we only puchased the tags last month, they appear durable and rian-resistant (we're a commuter campus). Drawback: the straps cannot be adjusted for length, so they dangle a bit and may become caught on projecting objects. Otherwsie , good design, good product.
