All that was described

For the price, this is a really good CF tripod. It is lightweight. Wish it folded a little smaller for travel. Seemed sturdy and easy to set up but when spreading the legs to the second detent, the device does "wobble" a bit. It the standard position, however, it is rock solid. No thrilled with the color.

Go by the specs, not the video

I got this as a light-weight travel tripod. It certainly compresses to a small package. I like the many features mentioned in the printed specs, especially its ability to fulfill many tasks. However, the VIDEO makes you think you'll be getting pads on the legs and a bubble level, as well. Not so. Still, it is a great tripod for the price.

The Redged TSC-424W Ultimate 4-Section Carbon Fiber Travel Tripod is a lightweight travel tripod with a handsome wood finish that supports a good deal of weight and folds up extremely small for easy transport in backpacks and carry-on bags. The legs fold upward 180Deg. so that the feet form somewhat of a cradle for a photography head (not included) - you can attach many different head models and still not add to the tripod's folded length of 16.1".

The TSC-424W includes many features that professionals expect: anti-rotation legs for quick setup, a relatively high load capacity of 17.5 lb, a reversible center column, retractable spikes in the rubber feet and a counterweight hook for attaching a ballast for added stability during windy shoots.

In addition, the twist locks are designed to prevent sand and dust from invading the legs. Composed of carbon fiber, the 4-section legs and center column extend to a maximum height of 55.5". At only 2.2 lb, the TSC-424W is a great choice for backpackers and other traveling photographers.
