Great product, but needs to be updated
I love how solid of a rest this is, but not being able to adjust your aiming point without moving one of the tripod legs is frustrating and almost impossible for my 10yr old nephew. He is the reason I bought this rest. If it could be made compatible with the Great Divide tripod head, this would completely fix this problem.

Nice set up. One flaw
I love the rest and how well it fit my gun. My only issue is that one of the cradles would always be loose. Because of this, it worked itself loose and fell off while walking to my stand and lost it.

i bought this tyo go on a moose hunt. i never used them this a few months ago.i was shooting a 300 win mag and both holders cracked and fell off. i had shot maybe 10 times. i found that i could not replace the holders so i tried to glue them. that did not work

Awesome gun rest
Excellent rest that allows for quick shots and rotates easily 360 degs. Don?t hunt without it!

Another great product from BOG
Only thing I would change is a pivot point directly above the mounting pin. So that you can adjust your aim up and down more easily.
Otherwise, great product!! I can use with my crossbow, shotgun and rifles. Love it!

Shooting rest that works
I have been looking for a shooting rest that works and is user friendly for over a year. On a recent trip to Africa where I shot 11 animals, I used the Bog Extreme Shooting Rest on all of them including a Cape Buffalo. It worked extremely well. With the Bog Tripod, the system is light and sets up in less than 5 seconds. It is very sturdy and and easy to use. My search for a shooting rest is over. I am very happy with the Bog Extreme Shooting Rest.

nicely fits my guns
At 65 I was looking for a way to steady my shots , I found just what I needed in the xtreme . I would highly suggest this rest for beginners and old shaky guys like myself.

Bog Extreme Shooting Rest
Very pleased with this rest, well made, great rest, used for cross bow and rifle, a lot better than the plastic one's!

For the money its a great rest.
We used it last year on antelope and this year on elk. Other hunter wanted to use it.
