The Sachtler System 10 SB Hot Pod features the SpeedBalance 1006 DV-10 SB fluid head featuring 12 counterbalance presets, which greatly reduces setup time. The DV-10 also has 5-step horizontal and vertical drag presets and illuminated bubble level.

The Hot Pod tripod's central locking system releases all three carbon fiber legs simultaneously at the touch of a button. It has a 4" (100 mm) bowl base and a cine-style rotary clamping system. The pneumatic center column easily lifts loads of up to 33.1 lb (15 kg) to heights of more than 6.5 ft (2 m). The elevation force of the pneumatic center column is factory-set and maintenance-free.

This system also includes a hard case for storage and transport, a pan handle and a quick release plate for the fluid head - it comes with 1/4"-20 and 3/8" camera screws.
