I needed a small speaker that was loud enough with ok sound quality for when I was away from power and did not want to wear my headphones... Anyway, when I saw how small it was, I was a little wary about how good it could sound or how loud it could be... yet, I was pleasantly surprised, as this thing sounds much better and is much stronger than you would expect. Don't get me wrong, this is not a match to any high-fi system or anything like that in quality or quantity of the sound, but for [$], it certainly does better than expected. And as a plus, it looks much better than all those other plastic accordion speakers and generic plastic things in its price ranges (and probably kills everything else in its price/size range in sound quality).Only downside I would say is the included propriety USB/Audio cable is kinda lame, thin, and looks probable to fail... luckily you can use a regular headphone cable to input into it and any micro USB cable to power it, so no problem what so ever for me, I prefer to use the cables I already carry around than have to carry around their lame cable as well.
