Claims 25+ capacity, my nikon d500+battery  grip and my Nikkor 200-500 5.6 do not weight no more then 12 pounds...this ball head can NOT support this combo!!!
Very weak lock-up!! Can not recommend!

Not sturdy!!

The plate loosens pretty rapidly, after an hour or so of use.  I've had mine a year, and the knobs do not tighten completely, as they did initially.  I asked a pro to confirm with me that it was the ballhead and not my incompetence--the ballhead has too much play in it.  For the record, I have a very light Micro 4/3 camera and lenses.  This looseness becomes an issue at under 3 lbs. of weight.

Does not stay tightened.

Very compact, has doubt it will handle my equipment at first... i have it mount on Sirius p-326, the combination handles my    Nikon d500 + nikon 200-500 mm f5.6 without any issue.  It is light and work well. A perfect traveling companion!!!!
