Got it for two kids (5, 6). I find myself using it as much as they do for web browsing and apps. Easy to use. We love our Samsung Galaxy S (upgrading to the S4 soon) phones and are just as happy with this. Battery lasts about a day or more with our kids use. They do not use it non-stop, but I am quite happy with the battery life. We considered cheaper tablets, but went with our previous experience with Samsung products and a longer battery life.

I already own a Samsung Galaxy Player 5.0, I like it very much but it is a little bit small, so I bought this Samsung Tab2 7.0. I bought these only to watch movies that I download from the Internet. This babe can play any type of movies (FLV, MKV, DIVX, AVI...), that's what I like about it, and its resolution is very sharp too. I don't use it at home, because my home stereo and my pc are all enough for me, but for travelling, on an airplane, squeezing in one place from 2 to 6 hours I use this one to watch movies, listening to music, or browse the Net (if the airplanbe has Wifi signal).

Great tablet. Had a Lenovo Ideapad and it had hardware issues. Upgraded to the Samsung and it's rock solid.
