The unit snaps-in to your iPad and it features a two position kickstand for more comfortable typing or viewing. In addition, the cover contains an auto on/off mechanism for the sleep/wake functions. When the cover is on, full access is maintained to ports, buttons and controls. For closing the Grip, there is a tab under the front cover that snaps to your iPad.
