Great customer service. I purchased a unit online that was defective. They refuned the purchase so I could get another on ASAP Second unit works great. Best camera survalence system I have.

We did alot of research before deciding on purchasing a camera system, and I am very glad we chose this one, It is very easy to setup, it has great picture quailty, and also great night vision,The DVR is great and has multiple choices, we let ours automatically record 24/7 and it records about 3 weeks before it overwrites from the beginning, it is easy to playback and search through the recordings, this is a great system, we have a business, and we use it to record 24/7, and we also use it to monitor while we are open, it is great, because we can view the cameras from any computer, and also from our smartphones, so when we are out of town, we can check the camera's, may even look to upgrade to an 8 camera system, to cover more locations
