This fit what I needed almost exactly. The horizontal plug allowed that to fit behind the furniture the socket is behind. The sockets on the side are helpful to keep bulkier plugs out of the way of other things that need to plug in. I don't use the telephone sockets, but nothing else fit my criteria quite right. The isolation between each plug is not perfect. I have speakers that are plugged into this adapter, and they do pick up some noise on the line.

I bought this based on various reviews and tech sites that say Tripp-Lite is one of the best surge protectors for your computer. I also needed a longer cord because of the placement of my desk and Tripp-Lite was one of the few options available from a brand I could trust. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I like that it has a flat plug so my cabinet doesn't have to stick out any farther than necessary. I was able to mount it to the underside of my desk using the holes in the back. The cord was a little longer than I needed (12 ft vs 10 ft), but it was a decent price for a great product. Hoping I never have to use the warranty, but I am happy that they offer one.

I use this protector model both at work and at home and feel really confident on it working well protecting my devices. The protector seems very sturdy and it doesn't heat up with many devices plugged in.. other similarly priced ones don't feel the same, especially when you plug in your entire home entertainment (e.g.: TV, speakers, blue ray, etc.)
