Very gracious and helpful salesperson.  I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Webcam

Image is definitely not HD or the image sensor is bad. Cable is very finicky and becomes unrecognized if you attempt to adjust the angle. Very grainy in normal room light.

Just bad

I was very skeptical and didn't know what to expect.  But, once I finally got it I was very surprised at the quality of the picture.  Instruction "book" is a joke.  One page of 3" X 5" paper with print so mall I really needed a magnifying glass which said "mount the camera and plug in the USB".

Good...But

Very easy to use. Plug and play. Image quality and resolution mediocre.

A quick partial view

The camera comes without any software to enable adjustments. The directions for use were 4 sentences amounting to plug it in. It was not a good picture and use was difficult. Returned it.

Not great, returned it.

This webcam was a huge disappointment. The picture on my screen was really bad. I returned it.
