The best headphones I have ever used.  Everything from music to movies sounds better through these headphones.  They are very comfortable, the sound is crystal clear, very sharp, no interference at all.  The ear pieces are clearly marked for which ear each side belongs on.

These are built very well and designed perfectly for my personal use. I like that you can attach the cable to either side of the ears because I am moving between keyboards that are positioned differently. I plan on getting two more pairs to have on hand for others who come to my home studio.

GOOD SOUND

No regrets for buying these headphones, only praise. I didn't realize how much high-end my Sony MDR-7506's were adding until listening to the NTH-100's. With the Sony's, as the volume is turned way up, the high-end becomes the overbearing part of the spectrum forcing me to turn them down. But with the Rode's no part of the spectrum stands out as overbearing, it just all gets loud together.

The build feels so solid, nothing flimsy or cheap. I love the locking mechanism where I never have to adjust them when I first put them on. You just put them on - great feature. The foam and material are comfortable even for long periods of time, just as they advertise.

Yeah, very happy. My wife wasn't thrilled with the price, but I think you get more than you pay for. The quality of the audio I mix and the comfort are are worth it.

Great headphones - way better than my Sony's

solidly built with the only downside being the plastic cups feeling a little cheap.
plenty of padding and comfort but some people find the earpads to be a bit small so larger ears might have issues.
detachable cable that can also be used on either side + but, can't use just any 3.5mm cable because of the locking mechanism - .
sound is a bit odd for a "professional" headphone, slightly boosted bass and rolled off treble makes these "unnatural" I wouldn't use them for music production but podcasts and casual listening are probably what these are meant for, that said they do have pretty good detail retrieval for the price.

A reasonable start for Rhode's headphone line

Awesome headphones. Been looking for something that would give me a better sense of the dialogue on shorts I am working on. Can tell the difference these make for sure.

Another solid product from Rode. I wear these almost 40hrs/week in my profession listening to everything from dry, unprocessed vocals to full orchestral productions.

The NTH-100 are punching above their price range. Very impressed by this first attempt from Rode into the headphone market. I couldn't be happier. They are probably the single-most comfortable headphones I've ever worn. The "cool" earpads and ability to move the cord from side-side are great features.
