I've been using these batteries ever since I bought the a77 when it first came out. And then the a77ii, to the a99, and on to the a99ii. Never had a problem with them. Matter of fact I'm still using the ones from the first purchase in rotation with the others. Just bought two more with this purchase, (while they're still available), and now have a total of 10 in rotation.

Having used non Sony batteries, I was disappointed because they did not hold a charge for very long. I used these generic batteries as they were less expensive then Sony. Problem for me was, just when a photo op comes up that I had been waiting on the battery is dead. By time I switched the shot was lost. I had always been advised to not go with off brand batteries, so now I am in total agreement.

I lost one, and needed another one. It has been 8 years since I got the camera, and I haven't seen them for sale since. It is a Factory Sony InfoLithium, and it works perfectly. So glad I was able to find it.

It seems that for a Sony camera, off brand batteries just don't cut it. Dying in the middle of a shoot even if the charger said 100%. These are also not easy to find at a fair price. I was thrilled to not only find it with a reasonable price, but very quick shipping. Works flawlessly.

I own 10 year old Sony batteries that are still holding more charge than 2 year old aftermarket cells. Even near the end of their service life, these show more accurate charge status than a new aftermarket battery.

Really nothing to say if you have a Sony camera that uses these batteries. You have to have it.. There are knock offs available but I've heard nothing but bad things about the knock offs. Only complaint with these batteries is the power drain when in use. But that's largely due to the camera.

A good replacement battery for my Sony A300 and A850 cameras. Its a good idea to have several batteries on hand for easy switching into and out of your camera. I have 6 of these batteries and keep them charged at all times.

I am 60 years old and if there is one thing I have learned is do not attempt to save $ one a rechargable battery as you wont save a dime. These batteries get hot and without the proper amount of casing or insulation they can weaken the casing causing unreparable damage to the camera. The second matter how fast will this battery charge again heating is the issue. If you add a battery grip will you have equal power in both batteries or will one being lasting for hours after the other. The manufactures have said repeatedly over and over use the Sony battery or void the warrenty. They are serious, maybe you will get lucky or maybe you will be purchasing a new camera.I read the warning about just leaving the batteries in the car. A car can easily heat up in the sun to 120 and even higher.If you have purchased a warrenty you might as well as tossed your money in the trash, because Sony will see the damage done buy a battery but knowing that there camera is covered in the fine print dont let the battery in a hot car, dont buy a generic battery because they even can explode. We have seen what kind of products that can be shipped to this country and people are injured. Yes well Sony is in Japan but they are going to make sure that they have the right battery that is known it will not damage the camera if stored properly. Just think about it.!

This is an excellent battery which recharges very quickly, but does not give as many shots per charge as some others. I usually go on photo shoot expeditions at least once a week and typically shoot two to three hundred pics so have not run out.
