This headset arrived in good condition and seems to be constructed with high quality materials and craftmanship. Unfortunately, it does not ship with a cable (there are several possibilities) and the cable I need is backordered with no expected delivery time. This is a problem with Sennheiser's supply, because I received the same information from two other large retailers for camera and sound equipment where I order supplies regularly. All three businesses have this headset in stock, but not the cables. I can't say anything about the quality of sound or communication because it is not usable without the missing cable.
