Unique Features of the FlowCam GT
Micro Control Stage and Quick Release:
• Fine tuned adjustments of both X and Y axis allow for precise balance and angle of your camera. Fore and aft adjustments guide the dovetail quick release plate along a rolling gear system. The quick release and easy balance system allow for a quick setup and breakdown in the field.
FlowTech Gimbal:
• The precision three axis gimbal was designed to deliver consistent fluid motion with six sets of bearings. The gimbal system is lightweight but extremely durable, providing strong support for the sled and an effortless flow to the movements of the articulated arm.
Adjustable Sled:
• The extendable sled can quickly add or subtract counter weight, simplifying the balancing process. The adjustable battery mount* and 5" TFT monitor provide additional balance control. Our refined sled design is stylish and best of all practical for quick and intuitive adjustments.
Battery Mount Customization:
• Because Varizoom is a full machine shop it is possible for Varizoom to offer special customization of your FlowCam GT battery mount.
• If you currently are invested into a Sony V-Lock, Anton Bauer, or NP1 battery system Varizoom can configure the stabilizer to accommodate your battery system to save you money. Optional battery mounts will be equipped at no additional charge.

- Items Included with the FlowCam GT
- Precision Sled with 5" TFT LCD Monitor and Battery:
- The extendable sled has five points of adjustment for balance and features the micro control stage and the FlowTech gimbal system utilizing a set of six bearings. The refined balancing system and fluid gimbal guarantee a stable shot.
- Single Articulated Arm:
- The articulated arm is equipped with eight sealed precision bearings and two chrome plated springs. The FlowCam GT can be operated efficiently either left orright handed. The arm provides a smooth and quiet operation.
- GT Support Vest:
- This comfortable vest consists of four adjustable buckles, an adjustable belt, and a height adjusting breast plate. The light weight aluminum breast plate and ab support reinforce your posture and distribute weight throughout your torso.
- Custom Fit Travel Case and Accessories:
- The Cordura case comes custom fitted with a foam insert to protect your entire FlowCam GT stabilizer and accessories. Included: Lenmar battery with charger, BNC to RCA video cable, allen wrench, and balance post.
- Training DVD Included:
- VariZoom stabilizers take some time to master. The articulated arm versions are more sophisticated than a smaller hand held and practice is essential to become the best.
- The included training program will take you through step by step with a professional FlowCam operator. You will learn to balance and equip your stabilizer and the proper operation methods
- Also Available is a Low Mode Bracket and Extension Post
- The Low Mode allows the GT operator to shoot from the ground up. Simply attach the extension post to the double articulated arm, reverse the sled, and attach it to the post. The bracket attaches to the dovetail plate and houses the camera.
