The Velbon PH-237Q is a compact and lightweight 4-way Revolving type pan & tilt head. It incorporates the usual 3-way pan and tilt functions, plus, in addition this head has a second revolving plane, in effect allowing for any position.

It has a swing function of 90° to the right and left, and a 360° pan action. The quick release platform is compact and thin, for convenience, yet it is made of Aluminum, maintaining it's durability.
