The Spiderlite TD5:
TD5 stands for Tungsten/Daylight - 5 lamps. You can insert up to 5 lamps into this one fixture using a standard E26 or common household base. What this light offers is the ability to run either five - 150 watt 3200 Kelvin Halogen lamps (optional) or five - 27 watt (5500 Kelvin) Fluorescent lamps. (10 lamps for both units included)

This unit allows you to quickly change not only your color temperature but your environment temperature as well. There are 3 separate controls on this unit, one which pairs your top and bottom lamp, one which pairs your right and left lamp and one for your center lamp.

You can run any combination of lamps all with no shift to color temperature by simply turning on and off multiple switches. This allows the end user to set up lighting ratios when using multiple heads on one set.

The body is also constructed of solid metal as well as direct attachment points for a soft box onto the Spiderlite TD5. Spiderlite units offer a handle and may be easily turned to change position of a soft box from horizontal to vertical.

The Spiderlite TD3:
Whether shooting in the studio, on location in the desert, or on the move filming a sports event, the Spiderlite TD3 offers continuous light that you can take anywhere. Portability and power in a complete system under 10 pounds. The Spiderlite TD3 can operate off of any standard 120 or 220 volt outlet as well as run DC using a battery pack and inverter. All of this convenience is available without changing lamps.

The Spiderlite TD3 allows you to run either three 50-watt Tungsten Halogen lamps (optional) three 27watt Daylight Balanced Fluorescent Lamps, (included) or (optional) two Studio Strobes with Modeling Lamp. Change your light source, light output, color temperature or environmental temperature instantly. Two separate controls on the back of the Spiderlite TD3 allow you to run from 1-3 lamps. You can quickly change lighting ratio without changing color temperature.

The Spiderlite TD3 is constructed of solid metal no plastic to break. Rod points are built directly into the light head for direct attachment of a 12" x 16" Soft Box (included) The unit also comes standard with a telescoping handle allowing the unit to be quickly and easily hand held.

The Spiderlite TD3 is constructed to be a true on location light. Take power and the Spiderlite TD3 anywhere you go with Westcott's optional portable sealed Lead Acid or NiCd (Nickel Cadmium) Battery Packs and 400W Inverter, or use your previously owned battery with the optional 400watt inverter.

The Spiderlite Trio Kit also includes two 24" x 32" Silver Soft Boxes, two Tilter Brackets, two 10 ft. Heavy Duty Light Stands, one 8 ft. Light Stand and one Spiderlite Deluxe Travel Case.
