About Westcott Strobelite Plus Softbox Monolight Kit

This is a Westcott Strobelite Plus Two Monolight Kit. The Strobelite Plus is a 200 watt/second monolight. It is lightweight, inexpensive and includes a modeling light for ease of composition.

This 400 total watt/second kit is supplied with two 24 x 32" softboxes with adapter rings, 8.5' light stands, a wheeled kit case, mini to PC sync cord, floor-positioning mat and educational DVD

Westcott Strobelite Plus Softbox Monolight Kit Features

  • Optical Slave: Built-in optical slave "sees" the light fired from other strobes, fires the unit instantly. This feature may be switched off.
  • Auto Dump: Saves you from firing the strobe to discharge energy when switching to a lower power setting
  • Lightweight: Polycarbonate housing - each monolight weighs less than 3.5 lbs (1.6kg)
  • Softboxes: Two 24 x 32" (61 x 81cm) silver-interior softboxes with adapter rings make the most efficient use of the light emitted from each monolight, providing soft, intense, yet even light
  • Light Stands: Support the monolights to a maximum height of 8.5' (2.5 m). Fold to 27.5" (70cm)
  • Kit Case: Deluxe Wheeled Case is easy to maneuver, padded, with interior dividers, includes hand and shoulder straps
  • Guide: DVD has how-to instructions for lighting
