and no more. I bought this tripod to take on a photo workshop. It is, as they claim, light, strong, and portable. It is not suitable for large telephoto lenses (300mm f2.8 and up), even with a weight hanging off the hook. It is ideal for travel where you will only be using shorter lenses with a DSLR or for lighter cameras. It seems to be well-made; the locks work well; taking it apart and adding the necessary pieces to use the monopod would be more than a bit fiddly; but for a travel tripod the extra height over competing models is nice.

having owned 2 other high end Italian tripods, I quickly changed my mind after trying this unit. Love the extra height for those over the crowd small space shots..elegant yet extreme functional design, strong, sturdy and quick for set up and shoot. Got rid of my other carbon fiber monopod, get both for the price of one, No wonder they won the design award for this year.. will be looking for other great innovation from them.

Very good quality. Leg adjustments are quick and easy to use. I 'm a tall guy and appreciate the extra height extension built into the design. Should be a great tripod for years to come.
