Shopper : Is there any cd dvd drive for this laptop?VIVEK A : No there is no CD/DVD drive. My advice - don't buy this laptop I have had a lot of issues with this machine : - Already sent to repair center for the 2nd time in the last 8 months, for same problem, some parts were replaced and the same problem came back within 3 months - Battery life is awful - Acer customer service is miserable. They will find every reason to charge you for anything and everything - There are way better similar machines out there which are far more reliable Take my word, save yourself the headache, don't buy it!KIRSTEN D : There is no dvd/cd drive. There is a high speed usb3 port, and we use that with an external bluray player. Works fine that way. I just don't think they had the room for a dvd player. Like the machine though.

lauren s : does the screan tearn around and flap over on top of the keybord? is the touch screan previde a pen for yous?VIVEK A : No the screen doesnt turn around and flap on top of the keyboard. When you bring down the screen, the keyboard goes away but it doesnt turn around, it comes down the same way as it was on the above screen. I didnt receive any pen in this order. Also mind you - the battery life of this machine is terrible. Mine doesnt last more than 1.5 hours - even on the power saver mode and not watching any media or music.ROBERT R : Flap over on top of the keybord? Yes. A pen for yous? No.ANDREW R : Unfortunately no, though the screens may lay nearly flat, they don't rotate or flip. A stylus for pen-type input is not included.

About Acer 6120

The Iconia-6120 14" Dual-Screen Touchbook Notebook Computer from Acer is a uniquely styled notebook computer. Bucking traditional design conventions, the computer features two 14" LED backlit widescreen displays - both with full support for multi-touch input. There is no physical keyboard or trackpad - instead, you can type on a full-screen software keyboard and manipulate objects directly via the multi-touch gestures that are natively supported by Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit).

Of course, you aren't limited to using the system as you would a notebook. the computer can lay nearly flat, allowing you to browse a web page across both screens. You can also activate Acer's exclusive Ring Control Interface, making it easy to launch your favorite apps. Each display is protected by fingerprint-resistant Gorilla Glass, which is both durable and scratch-resistant.

The system is powered by a dual-core Intel Core i5-480M CPU, which can be overclocked to 2.93GHz via Intel Turbo Boost. It is loaded with 4GB of RAM, a massive 640GB hard drive and integrated Intel GMA HD graphics. The system features a 1.3MP webcam with built-in mic as well as 802.11n Wi-Fi. You can connect peripherals via USB 3.0 or USB 2.0 and connect the computer to an HDTV thanks to an HDMI video output. It can operate for up to 3 hours between battery charges.
