Good quality Arca-Swiss style plate
This is a camera plate for Arca-Swiss style ball heads and tripod quick release mounts. It is much less costly than the custom plates from the manufactures that use this style of plate in their designs. I ordered this for my Nikon D-90, and it fits and works great!
Great alternative to Kirk
Fits snug to D200 and allows for easy on and off the ball head's arca-swiss clamp. Much easier to use than straight ball head mount and firm grip.
