Came broken in the box

When opened the box, the item wouldn't telescope, because either the the item was warped or it was cut improperly. But I rushed ordered this item, so I needed it for a conference, so I ended up cutting the rim to get it to telescope and ducking taping it. Overall this case is low quality too.
