I am impressed with the quality and size of this case. The case seems capable of holding 12 to 15 matted prints(4 ply). It is well constructed; all corners are reinforced with metal brackets. The latches are well aligned and close securely. The locks on the same work great. It's body seems to be constructed of wood. The lining is made of archival matting material. One point of concern, there are only two hinges on the cover. You must be careful not to allow it to bend back to far; as this could damage the case.

The Archival Methods Carry Case is the logical and elegant choice when valuable artwork needs to travel. Provides protection and enhances your presentation. Solid-wood construction makes the case very rigid, ensuring maximum strength and support.
Black, acrylic-impregnated fabric exterior is hard-wearing and wipes clean. The Case is lined with acid-free card stock for archival protection and have pull straps to lift work out safely. Nickel-plated, metal-reinforced corners, locking latches, rubber feet and a padded handle makes this case well suited for transport.
