These gloves work as advertised, although the openings for the index finger and thumb are exactly that: openings. Unlike other gloves that have fold-back fingertips, these gloves actually have holes for the thumb and index finger. I've only had the gloves for a few weeks and have only had the chance to use them a few times, so the holes are a little tight on my fingers, making it somewhat difficult to use. Over time, I suspect that they will loosen up.

I wanted a good pair of gloves for winter shooting. Had to choose between expensive and less expensive gloves. I'm more than glad that I picked AquaTech. They are well constructed and warm. You'll love them.

This gloves are perfect for photography, you can take out two fingers while keeping the rest of the hand warm. I only hope that the weather in Yelowstone in winter will not be too much cold, for this gloves.

I am looking forward to putting these gloves to use in February as we head out for a four day winter photography trip. I found the size description misleading and had to return the first pair because I ordered the wrong size. The fit is perfect, lightweight and not bulky. I am impressed with the smooth and efficient return process.

I ordered XL and now think XXL would be a better fit, the gloves are better than using nothing - pricey.

Works great to allow use through tips and does keep hands warmer than they would be bare. Was hoping they'd keep hands warmer than they do though.

In the dead of winter, photographers may not want to take their gloves off to operate their cameras’ external controls or touch-operated LCDs. Here's a handy guide to photographer-friendly gloves.
