Honestly, I was a bit worried ordering the product for my parents, but come on folks, this is a very easy to use videophone especially for those with no computer experience; a very good sound and video quality, what-else we really need to make distance phone calls with video, simple.. it does the job to put a smile on the elder's faces when they watch their loved ones on the other side of the planet. This is an incredible way for "Grand Parents" or anyone who is not computer friendly to communicate using the VOIP protocol. Even someone who is computer savvy may prefer this for the convenience. Our use involved grand parents 22,000 miles away who are hard of hearing and nearly impossible to talk to over the phone because of that but had no problem hearing us and whose eyes lit up with a big smile when they saw us on the video screen using the ASUS SKYPE phone. WOW Best electronics purchase I ever made.
