The Atlona Infrared Extender System (Up to 1000') has 3 IR outputs that allow you to connect sources such as DVD, cable box, satellite receiver, Apple TV and more, to a TV in a remote location. It extends IR signals up to 1000' (305 m). The kit consists of an extender and a repeater, which connect with other via a single RJ45 cable (CAT 5 / 6 / 7). When you point a remote at the connected IR eye receiver cable, the signal is transmitted to the repeater and then further transmitted through the RJ45 cable to the extender unit. The IR Receiver's frequency ranges from 20 to 60 KHz.
