The bestselling astronomers' flashlight with 2 Red LEDs. The intensity is fully adjustable with Thumbwheel Brightness Control. Exclusive brightness regulation circuitry keeps the LEDs shining bright as batteries age, unlike other LED flashlights which start bright but quickly fade.

Have this one and the model that's white or red. The 9V battery last a LONG time (still on the original "no-name" battery after ~50 skygazing events). Unlike the "mini" version or competing models with the switch wheel extending thru a slot in the case, this light is easy to operate with gloves on. Only design flaw with these is the lanyard attach is an afterthought - thru the rubber o-ring on the case screw. Working so far, though.
Great for use at the telescope. The red light goes from dim to quite bright. Preserves my night vision.
It works for what I need it to do.
