About Arkay RC-1100

Absolute print surface perfection and high-speed production can be achieved with the Arkay "RC" cut-sheet print dryers. After the print passes through the front rubber squeegee rollers, nothing touches the print except warm, dry air and soft bottom-rotating foam discs that move the print to the rear of the dryer and onto a wire-dried print receiving rack. Either model will accept prints as small as 3" wide by 5" long.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Need to know if i need a pulg for arkay rc 1100 or hardwire when installing this product?
ACCOUNTS P  You do not need to hard wire this dryer as it is assembled with a standard 110/120 volt cord.
Cynthia R  Hello - The on/off button on our RC 1100 will not turn OFF. Any way of "resetting"? thank you.
THOMAS S  The dryer is used by my daughter. However I am in the electronic parts business and can tell you that the switch is probably bad and has to be replaced. The component parts used today by many manufacturers are cheap and wear out fairly quickly. here's a link for a replacement If you google arkay rc-1100 print dryer switch you will see links for the switch. However, since it's stuck on, you might be better off just connecting it to a switched power strip instead of having to open it up to replace the switch. Tom
Cynthia R  Power strip!! Why didn't we think of that! Many thanks. cynthia
loon s  hi, we have an arkay rc1100 and, on the side where the prints are ejected, are screws three screws that hold the screen. these have been removed and we dont have the instruction manual or diagram of how to reinstall these screws? help would be appreciated.
Andrew R  Unfortunately this unit is drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, we do not have a unit on hand to inspect. I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer.
