Great shredder!
I use this shredder in a small business office and no complaints in the month we've been using it. It seems to handle just about anything we've put into it. I put a bag into the recepticle which helps to contain the little paper shreds when emptying. It's a little on the loud side but that's something easily forgotten when the investment is considered. I would definitely buy this shredder again!

I would buy this product for X Mas Gift
I use this shredder daily. I'd buy another as a gift for anyone. It's powerful, convenient to empty not messy like my last one. The shredder bin is a drawer that pulls out and can be used for a waste basket also.....for unwanted catalogs and junk mail. I highly recommend it.

Great Little Machine
My old shredder overdosed on junk mail and died.While looking for a replacement Royal reviews were good and so far they were all correct.
