Versatile and Reliable

Used to hold speedlite and small modifiers for a tabletop studio. I like this wheel version a little better than the lever version to lock in the lights a little better. When set, these arms stay put without fail.

I've found that having this in my arsenal has allowed me to be more creative with my work and offers me versatility and possibilities that otherwise I would not be able to take advantage of.

Awesome design

The friction are is really an "extra" hand when you need it. Can hold almost anything including a bedside light in a pinch.

Magic Arm Sometimes Requires Magic

By

from Illinois  -  Professional

The product is clearly well made but there are times when the elbow friction device gets easily out of whack and its difficult to get it back together. Its far too easy to break the friction elbow mechanics. You really have to be a mechanical person to get it working again.
