Will A : Will this fit up to a 1.5" diameter pole?7456 S : Yes. I have it on a manfrotto autople, which is 1 3/4. The rubber band is elastic whit positive detents every 7/8 so it will work for any pipe up to the manfrotto big boy. I always use this level to position my lights. Super handy and well made. Indispensable!

The Spirit Level on your tripod's column to straighten the horizontals, added to a level bubble on the camera, provides a rapid installation for accurate 360º images. That's it -but, YAY!!! ...for 1/10th to 1/100th of the usually practised prices.

A Piece of Junk

This most inaccurate little bubble levels an autopole 6 different ways of crooked. Maybe more ways, but I gave up after 6 tries. Save your money and put it towards a real level and not this toy.

Very useful tool - quick check for security

I was very happy to find this alignment too as it makes leveling out an autopole much easier. The straight vertical alignment of these poles is critically important depending on the load they are bearing, and especially if the load is not straight down (not advised). The poles are only held in place via pressure between floor and ceiling, so if the connection is not straight and level - there is a chance it may fall down. Much easier and quicker to use than a 1-foot or so pocket level.

If you have an autopole you NEED this. It's just perfect for leveling the autopole.

Sort of Works, CHEAP

Bought to use on a Velbon 343E used for travel and backpack. This is too large for that ballhead but it can be shimmed or used with gaffer tape. I prefer using a SLIK DQ-S on the Velbon when doing lots of architecture because I can practically eliminate having to adjust for the horizon in Photoshop , but it is pricey . Looks like Joby now has a QR plate with a bubble level too.

Reasonable price, and it works!

This devise seems to be,at least, "accurate enough". A good first step in leveling tripod before leveling the head. It has produced good results for me.

Excellent product!

The smallest diameter it can accommodate is about 7/8", to use it with anything smaller than that you can easily replace the rubber strap with something else, such as a fat rubber band. This level is a must-have for those who in need of a level for their tripods that don't have a built-in level.
