Excellent service & product

I purchased this as a used product & was suprised when it arrived in the original bos with all of the paperwork. I actually put the wrong zipcode for shipping address & sent an email(which was a Saturday) when I found MY error & was emailed same day & they fixed my error asap. The product arrived a day earlier than promised. This was my 1st purchase from Adorama & needless to say it will not be my last. Customer support & service means a lot to me & they did not disappoint.

Solid support with minor inconveniences

By

I use this with a Pentax 67 and it provides good support and is easy to adjust. What I don't like about it is I can't see the level with the camera attached! That's pretty easy to work around - I got a level for the flash shoe on the camera. Another minor annoyance is the quick attach plate is tricky to get seated correctly. Those are small complaints compared to how well this head supports a big, heavy 67.
