1-12-2014.  Extremely frustrating because I have to use "Kentucky windage" to tighten down, and hope the subsequent swing downwards ends up where I wanted it to be.

Photo head won't tighten.

This tripod head is solid as a rock and does a great job holding a heavy camera and lens. Might be a little overkill for simple home use, but if you really want a solid tripod head which is also fantastic for shooting video - this is perfect.

Expensive, but worth it.

We use this product when we trsavel overseas to capture video in the bush.

I was always looking for one

This is the best tripod head I have used.  Considering the price, it is as precise as could be expected and is easy to adjust once you get the hang of it.

Solid, versatile head, good controls, very good adjustments possible, a bit bulky and heavy to take it hiking to remote locations, though.
