Many users wish a foldable and easyto- transport light tube which meets the high requirements for light quality and sturdiness. kobold developed a new light tube which fulfils all these needs.

The Litepipe for the DW 400 fixture with PAR reflector is a foldable light tube to convert the narrow light beam of a PAR reflector without a PAR lens into a soft, homogenous, linear light source with low heat radiation and, simultaneously, a high light output.

The diffuser consists of a high-quality 0.5 mm polycarbonate extruded sheeting with stray additive, is finely matted on one side and offers an absolutely colour-neutral and even light distribution. An optionally mountable textile shield reflector makes a coverage angle of 180° or 360° possible.

Fast and without any tools the Litepipe may be mounted in less than one minute. The Litepipe is ideal for applications with limited space, such as in low-ceilinged rooms, railway-cars, lifts or to highlight windows and doors, and many other areas. Thanks to its slim construction it may be easily hidden in the set (behind columns, trees, in niches etc.).
