So DC drives LED. It does not flicker for normal cameras. Battery lid gets stuck.

The LED lights are adequate for simple lighting projects. The battery lid doesn't come off easily and many people had to try to open it to put on the batteries. The overall construction is flimsy. For the price, these lights will do the trick in a pinch.

After using these for 6 months . ..

Easy to use light source, but cheaply made. LEDs do not permit adjusting the intensity of the lights, nor the color. Good to support other lighting in order to remove shadows on the face.

I like to set up "still life" shots, and these lights are very good for that sort of thing. I've been very happy with what they provide.

Not overly powerful, but great for the price.

Lightweight, portable, and very affordable. They can be powered with an AC adapter or 6 - AA batteries. I hook them up to 6v external batteries and they'll run for several hours. Although not bright enough to light a very big set, they are great for "talking head" videos, and for creating hair/separation lights when using other lights for your main source.

Great LIght Kit

Excellent light kit. Easy to set-up and particularly like the battery capability. For shorter shoots it makes dragging out extension cords unnecessary.

Won't work right after opening box

Bought after we saw some demonstrated at a recent photography club meeting. Ordered two light panels. Just received them. One worked and one does not. One light stand also came with a broken head. The build quality seems very poor. All plastic and not even high quality plastic. Asking for a replacement, but not optimistic about life expectancy of this product based on this initial impression.

Just imagine the possibilities with the Bescor LED-95DK2 LED Video Light Kit, a comprehensive lighting solution designed for videographers who demand quality and versatility. This kit features two high-intensity LED light panels, each equipped with 88 individual 10mm LED bulbs. These bulbs are engineered to deliver a wider beam that can reach up to 20 feet, making it ideal for various shooting environments.

The LED-95DK2 surpasses its predecessor, the LED-90CK model, by offering a 10% increase in light output. Each panel emits a bright 410 Lumens with a color temperature of 6500 degrees Kelvin, providing a natural and balanced light source for your video projects.

Portability is a key feature of this LED video light kit. You have the flexibility to power the lights with 6 AA rechargeable NMH or standard alkaline batteries. When using 2600 mAh NMH rechargeable batteries, you can expect up to 2.5 hours of continuous run time. For longer shoots, the Model 90-645 external battery offers up to 4 hours of operation.

The kit also includes two lightweight AC adaptors, allowing you to power the lights from standard 110-volt household outlets. These adaptors feature a universal voltage power supply, ensuring reliable performance wherever your work takes you.

The LED-95DK2 has been upgraded with several enhancements for improved performance and durability. The new form-fitting filter can be easily removed and replaced, and its translucence has been recalibrated for brighter output. The filter design has been revamped for maximum flexibility, and the face mold has been reinforced with multiple internal support improvements.

All internal support posts have been strengthened on all four sides for added durability. The AC adapter plug has been redesigned for smoother and steadier input and output. The light mounting screw has been reinforced, and the circuit design has been made more efficient. The dimmer system and the circuit board for the LED bulbs have also been redesigned, ensuring you get the best performance from your LED video light kit.
