Solid Battery Grip

While this isn't the sturdiest battery grip out there (being that it is made of mostly plastic) it gets the job done! It's quite comfortable and the fact that it's made of plastic helps with the weight factor. Overall, for a ($) battery grip it's pretty great!

Great value

I use this grip on my T3i for lots of travel photography. It fits like a glove and secures firmly. I shoot a lot with a tripod and the grip provides a stable platform. For portrait shots it is very convenient with shutter, AE lock and AF point selection buttons on the grip. The grip also comes with a remote, which was a surprise. The remote works with the camera and grip.
