Was in a rush and ordered the slim by mistake, only after getting tracking info did I realise and a quick search told me that its intended for women/small dudes. We'll I'm 6ft1" about 260lbs and I reckon its perfect for shooting mirrorless. I shoot weddings with 2 Fuji X-T1's with 35 f2 & 16 F1.4 on me 90% of the time and its works out great. I have an old BR Sport for my 5d3 and its looks a bit silly with the little Fuji's on so I reckon SLIM is the way to go for mirrorless.

It isn't cheap, this is true, but it is not made cheap either. Very good quality. What I like though, is that it evenly distributes the weight of my cameras onto my shoulders. I have herniated a couple of disc in my neck, so was concerned about using the straps that come with the cameras. I am little framed, but with it set as small as it will go, it does seem to fit me okay. I have used it for one camera, but didn't bother taking it apart for one. I just hooked the used hook to a loop on my jeans, and it seems to balance everything nicely. I am so glad I got it. Well worth the money, I think.

I am a wedding photographer who had been using the single slim strap and just throwing the manufactures strap of my other camera over me when I wanted to have two cameras but this was not practical. This strap is more cushiony and so easy to use. If you want to shot with two cameras this is a must have. It also converts into one strap across the chest if you do not want two cameras.

I was very excited about getting this product, though after using it for more than a year I am longing for something different. With two cameras attached it is a little awkward and doesn't have enough padding. My biggest problem is when you bring the camera up to your eye the whole strap shifts out of alignment and the padding goes where it shouldn't, even when using the back and sternum straps that are included. Also the carabiners are wearing out really bad.

The BlackRapid DOUBLE SLIM (DR-2) Strap (Black) is for photographers with slimmer shoulders, this Double Slim R-Strap (along with the larger Double) represents the most flexible BlackRapid strap available. Not only does it allow you to comfortably carry two cameras for extended periods at a time, but you can separate the two straps and use them as a single strap. Just like the Curve and the Double, the Double Slim is MODs compatible
