This has been so easy to use! Love it! We use it in our business for tagging products and inventory. Effortlessly prints from my phone, our computer or Point Of Sale system.

This printer works well with my office software allowing me to eliminate a need for a typewriter just for printing labels. The 100 ft. of label roll keeps us from having to change every day or every week for that matter. When it's time to change is just a drop in the bucket.

It is very easy to make labels on my iPhone using the app. I love the fact that it is thermal and does not require ink. I had hoped to use it to print shipping labels for my Etsy shop, but it is not wide enough, needs to be 4 inches. I have had no problems with printing or cutting of labels. Works great!

Have not been able to figure out pb postage yet. It's difficult to get answers when the information is in more than manual let alone a separate website.

We just started using two of these printers at church for Sunday School, Confirmation and Sr. High Youth check in. We use them with iPad kiosks. The labels print quickly and the sheet cutter works great. Once set up, the product is really good. However, there are a couple issues with managing these that dumbfound me. First, you have to have a CD drive in a PC or laptop to set these up. Many laptops these days do not come with a CD drive. Secondly, and most annoying, you cannot change the Wifi network passwords with the management software. You have to physically connect the printer to a PC or laptop, load the installation CD, and re-install the printer software from scratch. For security reasons we change our Wifi passwords every 4-6 weeks. These printers have made this a real pain for us.

Works great. Very easy to change labels. Had some trouble getting wireless set up, but called support and they were a great help. Not the units fault just my computer experience. Would highly recommend this item.

This printer never seems to be visible to the wireless network when I try to print. It usually requires 20 minutes of fumbling before it comes back online. It needs better software drivers, at the least! When it finally connects, the printing is just fine.

So Robust, and still very user friendly!! The more I use brother products the better I like them. As the CIO of a of a health care organization with over 60 locations, I've had my experiences with pretty much every manufacture out there. What I have discovered is that the Brother products cause my team less problems and continue to function better than anything else we have used to date. Another feature that Brother products have over the competitors is multi function usability. We find we purchase for one job or task and end up using the same machine all over our organization. Keep up the great work Brother!

Simply impressive, fast, with their app, I can print the label with any device. One less wire to the computer.

Brother™ QL-710W is the wireless replacement for my QL-700. Both are great products and very durable. Wireless is easy to set up and has excellent signal. Application software is very reliable.

The only thing I haven't liked is that the printer shoots the label out so far that it falls on the floor if the machine is sitting too close to the front of the counter. Easily remedied.

This was a great answer to our problem. The printer is very reasonably priced, easy to load, set up, doesn't take up much space and while the auto turnoff bothers some people, it isn't an issue for me. I found a source for the labels and purchase in bulk and it has been economical as well as wonderful. I have to also give kudos to our IT guy who developed the program to pull it all together.

I love the ql-710w to make labels. The software is very easy to use. The only thing I don't like about it is that when I print shipping labels in Ebay the bar code is just a little too small to be scanned at the post office. The post office can still deliver the package but with no tracking info.

It took forever to install this product. Why can't you just plug in play? the app software sucks. I want to be able to print in horizontal and vertical modes. the app software does not want to do this. The windows software is much better. But needs some improvements.

I found the printer works very well, and is fast. I found the Address Book to be very useful and easy to use. The wireless network works well after setup, but requires a USB cable to be plugged into a computer to setup, if the setup was on the printer the setup and portability would be easier.

Hasn't worked yet after 3 months. I had delayed too long to send back - I was still hoping to get it to work, and it still might. I might need a larger computer. I don't know. Still hoping though.

Upgraded my office label printer to the Brother QL-710W. Easy to install software. Easy to load labels and the wireless feature allows me to place printer on a counter top to save desk top space. Great one button cutter to slice the labels either one at a time or a long roll.

I make soap at home, and this printer gives me professional looking labels for the front and ingredients. I am thrilled with how easy it was to setup and use. And wow, is it ever FAST!! I printed 12 labels and before I could get out of my chair, it was finished!! Awesome!!

Works great for labeling products. Does not work well if you will be using in various settings or unplugging and plugging in often. This is our third brother printer with connectivity issues. Had a few flawless days, and then without any iOS system updates (recognized issue) or change of wifi network, the printer lost all wifi settings. I bought this printer specifically because I don't have a laptop or PC at my disposal unless I am at home. I'm absolutely not interested in performing a full install every time I need to print a few labels. Sorry brother, you were good while you worked.

Printer is very fast, easy to load, & versatile but there are several bugs: 1. Had a problem where labels (Brother brand) had stuck to the internal roller & kept peeling off labels. No means to access roller to remove stuck labels/clean the roller. 2. Contacted Customer Support re: stuck labels. Only option was to have the printer exchanged. Not good if you're already into a major project. 3. Ordered roller cleaning "pads" from Brother. No instructions included. Was told to refer to the owners manual which, of course, has no reference on using these pads or any other cleaning methods.

I love my label printer, I works flawlesly, however the labels are limited and very expensive for what you get. If you use many lebels I would think twice before buying this unit.

I suffer from tremors. Bought this device to make address labels for envelopes which I have great trouble writing myself. Turns out I am making labels for everything now including annotations on the backs of photographs. The thermal printing does not smear and there is no ink to dry out. And the app remembers the labels making it easy for reoccurring tasks.

As a Traffic Accident Reconstructionist I receive new cases daily from a variety of clients. Office efficiency has always been a goal of mine-after 26 years I am still honing this concept. Your QL-710W label printer keeps things organized & easy to read at a glance. The possibilities are endless-love the product & the tech support during setup.
The Brother QL-710W High-Speed Label Printer with Wireless Networking provides high-speed labeling at up to 93 labels per minute. The 300 x 600 dpi resolution and the durable auto cutter (good for up to 300,000 labels) make it an ideal choice for a heavy use in a fast-paced environment. In addition to traditional labels, you can even print long banners up to 3 feet in length.
As a computer-based label printer, the QL-710W can be connected to a computer via the included USB cable or to a network using the built-in Wi-Fi connectivity. The included software provides step-by-step instructions to creating your own labels, including templates. Also included is software for creating labels from files such as a csv or an Access Database (.mdb). Instead of having to use 1 computer for label printing, allow the other computers on your network to print as well. Additionally, you can print directly from any Apple or Android device by downloading the free Brother iPrint&Label app from the App Store or Marketplace.
In addition to standard labels, the printer comes with software for creating barcodes and postage stamps. Instead of running to the post office to buy stamps, do it at home right on your own desk. Additionally, it allows you to print the exact postage you need. The barcoding software allows you to generate barcodes in most common formats including UPC codes, postal barcodes, European Article Numbers and ISBN codes.
