So glad I chose Bushnell!

There are many binoculars out there - I'm so glad I chose Bushnell in general and the Legend Ultra HD 10x42 in particular. I use them for distance target shooting. They went to their first range day yesterday and I am VERY pleased with them! They admit so much more light than my old glasses and have a lovely wide field of view. They were easy to set up, too.

Expensive looking junk

Looks expensive. Feels expensive. Look through it and you might as well be looking through two coke bottle bottoms.

Wish it came with with a tripod adapter, but didn't. Accessories were nice - an enjoyable purchase

The Bushnell Legend Ultra HD 10x 42 mm Binocular (Realtree AP HD Camouflage) provides increased magnification and subject size in a standard weight for enthusiastic birders, making for a great all-around hunting and sporting unit for those that prefer the bolder view from a 10x optic (which always presents a less stable image than an 8x unit). This roof prism design offers a streamlined shape for better handling for most average-to-smaller hand.

The Legend HD Ultra's objective lenses now feature extra-low dispersion glass, which aims to eliminate chromatic aberration. Other improvements include a facelift to the housing armor, magnesium construction to shave precious amounts of weight and new anti-reflective internal lens coatings to maximize overall color rendition.

Bushnell 10x42 Roof Prism Features

  • Profoundly-wide 6.5deg. field of view for a 10x unit, together with 15.2mm of eye relief
  • "ED Prime Glass" extra-low dispersion objective lens elements focus light from red, green and blue color spectrums to a tighter point for minimized color aberration
  • "Ultra WB Coating" broadband anti-reflective coatings throughout binocular aim to increase transmission values across full 380-750nm visible color spectrum
  • Rainguard HD external oil-and-water-repellent lens coatings minimize condensation droplet size, prevent fogging from your own breath and ease cleaning regimen
  • PC-3 phase-coated BaK-4 roof prisms
  • Hybrid magnesium chassis significantly reduces weight
