big WASTE OF MY MONEY

By

Accurate Ranging: NO- I can not even see to the end of my yard, room to room it's fine, but pass that these are not the device for it.Security: NO - you have to be so close that the person can see youQuality Lenses: NO - Focus is [*], you can not go a hair to the left or rightwith the focus knob.if your focused at 5ft. you can't see clear at 6 ft out.Hunting: NO GOOD - this is fine for looking at your feet, but don't think your going to sit outside and be close enough to watch and animal or person.I got my grandson a kids-toys-eyeclops-nightvision-infrared-binocular for $50 for christmas it is way clearer the this Bushnell Nightvision.after seeing what my grandson toy did, I got interested in using one for around my property, all I needed was one that sees farther.WELL, THIS PRODUCT IS NOT IT!!!I give this a MINUS 5

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
JIM S  My wife wants to use it on ghost (paranormal)hunts to help identify objects at night.
Arnie E  I'm thinking about purchasing the 260224 monocular. My primary use would be on the water before fist light. I want to locate unlit markers, and other poles in the water. The fact that the boat will not be stationary is a major concern of mine, and that my distance to these objects will constantly be changing. The pitching and yawing is also a concern. What do you recommend? Thank you in advance for any of your suggestions.
JIM S  I believe the monocular would be useful if it were not for the fact that the boat is going to be moving. I think that the boat would be on top of the marker before you could get the monocular focused on the target. I don't have a boat so I cannot test this situation for you. Thanks, Jim
