Great quality. Improvement over the old model... Mostly because the plastics on the original did not smell good to me. But the alum alloy is great on this one. I am keeping in my pocketbook at all times to see the birds. Fits in pocket easily. Works great!

I've always had to use huge, heavy binoculars, 'til I found these. I continue to be amazed at how sharp and easy it is for me to see a half mile away as the crow flies. We live on a high hill and I can we so well with these, and they aren't heavy or bulky. Highly recommend.

For $, they are very good... Of course, if you compare them to bigger and better binoculars, they aren’t equal. However, I doubt you can do much better for such a portable and light weight pair. Lugging these around all day is a lot easier than my bigger pair

I purchased these binoculars on sale - was certainly a good price for 8 power glasses. And they are pretty good - my only “complaint” (and really, now much can one complain at this price point?) is that it is too easy to twist the right eyepiece (the diopter adjuster, which allows the user to match both eyes and focus more comfortably) out of position. What that translates to in real life is I need to re-jigger the right adjuster every time i pull the glasses out of their carry case. But it’s not a big deal.

I got these from Adorama.com at $. They arrived last night, and as I write the review today they’re listed as $69.95 on the website now. I had been in the market for a “Decent” pair of bunoculars for some time now and I’ve done a fair bit of research. I really wanted 16x magnification but from what I read you have to spend at least $ to have decent image quality at that power. Needless to say a large part of me thought this was too good to be true. Many people knock these binoculars saying they don’t come close enough together for their eyes. Not true for me, I actually have to spread them a bit and so does my petite girlfriend. People clam that this product is defective resulting in “ghosting” and “double vision”. My old $20 tasco 16x32’s were awful with double vision AND ghosting and I see NONE in these binoculars. The image quality is EXTREMELY impressive. People have also claimed that the binoculars won’t stay in focus if you press your face against them. It’s true that pressure against the eye cups will cause the focus change but from my experience the amount of force it takes to push them out of focus is painful against my face. So I recommend you guys ease up a bit. These binoculars are large, and heavy, and honestly quite menacing. I would feel threatened if I saw someone with a pair of these looking at me. They definitely feel large and sturdy. That being said their size and weight are forgiveable because of their power and image quality. It’s inportant you understand 16x magnification is about as strong as you wanna go for a pair of handheld binoculars. If you don’t have steady hands I would recommend a tripod. I’ll be getting a tripod just for the fun of it. Gotta say, these are some NICE binoculars.

In a order of twelve (12) pair of binoculars--two (2) pair were broken in the package. These have a good field of vision but are constructed of light plastic and should not be recommended for law enforcement.

Bought these on sale. Great for long range viewing of the mountains from the backyard. Neck strap, case, lens cap are included. What I really like is that is focusing is done with a lever instead of a dial/wheel. It's a lot faster. For the money, a good buy.
