i am not a tech person at all. But after watching all the videos I decided to try the oracle sight. This thin is amazing. It was not hard to set up at all. And best of all the distance is right on. I wear glasses but don't shoot with them. I have troube seeing the distance so I just watch the dot. It is an amazing sight and i would highly recommend it I am not a geat shot but this make sit much easier. I have shot out to 65 yds and it is right on. Buy one if you are thinking about it.

Bought this for the 2019 bow season. While it is a bit touchy to set up, it does work as advertised and will definitely increase your accuracy. Have now hunted for decades and don't care how good of shot you are, if you don't know the yardage, you risk the arrow missing it's exact target. Only downside is it does seem to add quite a bit of weight to the bow. Overall, I have been very pleased and would recommend it to anyone looking to extend their range and confidence.

I am going on another elk hunt this fall and debated upgrading my Matthews no cam. I went to Local shop and instead decided to try the new Oracle. I have spent two weeks trying to give it a fair shot. I followed the video to a T. I calibrated with the laser, calibrated my setup for distance 1 and 2 (and of course 20 yard pin). However I keep getting erroneous distance readings and I have been very careful to line up the back site with the twenty pin on target for distance reading. I went back and rechecked with the laser beam and it seems a to move from just right so I adjusted it back but still errors. It seems to over estimate the first reading by about 10 yds, so I push again and second time is often correct. However I can't afford to attempt multiple readings. Please help, I love the concept but have no confidence right now! I am about to return it but hoping for answers before giving up.

This sight has exceeded my expectations except for one major flaw. At dawn or dusk, the critical time for deer movement you have to adjust the light to a lower setting. It is too bright. It needs to be the opposite. At these times it is difficult to find the down button. If opposite, there is plenty of light to see adjustments otherwise great tool.

I'm loving the Oracle's features, but 2 drawbacks found this week hunting in Illinois. 1 - unit certainly needs an auto-dimming feature for dim light. At dusk, in the blind when first ranging a target, you will be blinded by the LEDs because they're are full brightness and you have to manually dim with the dwn button... which is much harder to do when you can't see it, or feel it with thick gloves on. Just don't accidentally put it in programming mode! 2 - HUGE oversight - if the sun is to your back, the glare off the LED bar is so bright you can't see which "pin" is lit up!! I drew on a yote at 40yds and COULD NOT SEE which led was lit - even at full power. I could see the range, but without actual "markers" (like the 20yd marker) I was guessing... I didn't shoot. I fully intend to add something to the side of the bar at the 30/40/50/60 indicators just in case I can't see the led. 3 - If hunting in snow, make sure the laser optics aren't packed with snow/ice if you accidentally set the bow in it.

I have been target shooting with this sight for 4 or 5 weeks. I really like the range finder being built right into the sight. Can't wait to use it while hunting. I would like to see a couple of upgrades. 1. Be able to save the setting on the brightness of the sight dot. This should be an easy upgrade. 2. Add some type of cross hairs to the sight. Maybe halfway down the sight bar. Would not need to go all the way across. Just something to help visually eliminate bow tork. Because at longer distances a little tork will have a big impact on accuracy. 3. Instead of having to squeeze the activation button twice to get a range. It would be nice to just be able to hold the botton down a little longer to get a reading. Less motion, less stress and less movement in the sight window. Otherwise I love the sight. Not having to think about weather you need to shoot a little low or high depending on the range compared to you sight pins is a real plus.

Have had this for a month now, was very easy to set up and sight in. I totally agree with the other review about the default pin brightness. It's easy to turn down but goes back to being too bright after 90 seconds then you need to turn it down again. Would have given this 5 stars + if not for that. Still would highly recommend this unit with its forever warranty!

The Burris Oracle is by far the best archery sight I have ever used. I'm the kind of guy that typically sticks with simplicity to reduce the risk of equipment failure but I had zero issues with the Oracle and its durability. I put it to the test last season in rain, snow and sub zero temps and it never missed a beat. The Oracle simplified the process of getting on target and boosted my confidence as a hunter. In one easy motion I drew my bow, ranged the target, adjusted to the new pin and let the arrow fly. There is no glass to fog up and a fixed 20yard pin even without batteries.

I have a problem seeing and this sight with the green lights is very bright and easy to see inside and outside in the bright sunlight. It was easy to set up there are so many videos out about setting it up just pay attention to what they tell you. Great sight and great customer support job well done.

I must admit, I am a huge skeptic when new archery gear comes along. I must have 100% confidence in my gear or it stays at home. This seemed too good to not try out. I got the sight set up and dialed in within one evening, although you must draw your bow a fair number of times to get dialed in. Putting it to the test I shot at random distances and angles from 10-70 yards, wow. Just wow. I love the fixed 20 yard pin and vertical bar which just gives me more confidence the pin is exactly where it needs to be. You can tell it was designed by a hunter. It saves the time and movement of checking your rangefinder before drawing. This will be money during the rut when the bucks don't sit still.

A range finding bow sight that gives you a corresponding pin...genius! The benefits are obvious, but being able to range while at full draw is by far the most important in my mind. Gone are the days of stopping a deer by grunting and having them string jump you because they are alert. No more guessing yardage, pin gaping, picking the wrong pin, or failing to consider angle of your shot. The Burris engineers thought of everything with this site, you can tell they are hunters and NOT lab rats who have never set foot in the woods. It's simple design makes it easy to set up, extremely durable and the best part?.NO GLASS to get all dusty, scratched, muddy, and wet which gives you a clear view in all hunting/shooting conditions! The bottom line, is this is the best archery site on the market, no questions asked. The oracle is comparable to the invention of the compound bow. More hunters will be successful and less animals we be wounded as a result of this sight. I LOVE IT!!

I had to be one of the first to get my hands on this sight. Have been hoping for a sight like this for years. It did not disappoint. Easy to install and sight in like most other quality sights. Aligning the laser took a bit more time and draws than I would have guessed, but with a little patience is pretty straight forward. Calibrating the trajectory to my setup was a slam dunk with just a dot difference than the preloaded setup. It is awesome to just draw, range and shoot from any yardage fast and accurately. If you can swallow the price tag you will likely get instantly addicted like me.

Speedbead Sight... Access the power of optics with no increase in height, weight or loss of balance!
The radical new SpeedBead System handles many of the factors that make wingshooters miss, and turns poor shooters into good shooters and good shooters into great ones.
Shooting instructors emphasize the importance of proper stock-to-shoulder fit and mounting the shotgun into exactly the same position every shot. Maintaining proper form on the trap range is one thing. Maintaining it in the real world of flushing pheasants, quail, grouse, and fast-flying waterfowl is another.
With the SpeedBead System, both the target and the red dot remain in focus. The optics and their position on the sight plane eliminate the need for perfect left/right, up/down head position for an accurate shot.
The innovative mount puts the center of the optic directly in line with the ventilated rib, so altering your shooting style is not necessary. And with 3-1/2inches to 4-1/2 inches of eye relief, there is absolutely no worry about your eyebrow running into the sight nor any interference with your hand gripping the shotgun.
Should the common CR-2032 five year battery ever fail, you can revert to your front bead without visual obstruction. For a better view on rising targets, there are 1/8" and 1/4" risers available.
