A great deal for FD Lens lovers
This a completely authentic OEM replacement for Canon type EF [auto focus] lens cap. I have been collecting Type FD lenses since 1977. I also buy used FD lenses. If you have lost an FD lens cap or bought a used lens with a PRG [Pacific Rim Generic] cap, you know how hard it is to find quality caps that fit. The cool thing is that Type EF caps are a form, fit, and function replacement for FD Caps. The only difference is that FD caps have "Canon" molded in black and EF Caps have the brand molded in silver. All you need to know is the size in MM of the lens front diameter - the filter size. These Caps are relatively inexpensive, a perfect fit on MOST FD LENSES, made by Canon, and better looking than the original FD Caps. If you use type FD or EF Canon lenses, and are not missing any OEM caps, buy a spare - you will eventually need it.
