Cinevate Proteus Cage

The Cinevate CIPCPC000001 Proteus Cage serves as a light rock solid handle for your 35mm adapter, HD cam, or ENG cam rig. You can mount up to three Cinevate CIRAAS000002 universal rail blocks allowing the mounting of additional 15mm rails on either the side or top of the rig. Also mount points for an Allan key holder and shoe mounts are provided in case you need to mount mics or wireless transmitters to your rig. The top bar is also designed to accept sliding clamps to secure a small laptop on top.

The CIPCPC000001 Proteus cage is 100% computer machined from aluminum, computer bent and then powder coated black for a lifetime of use. Don't be fooled by its appearance, the cage is only 0.85kg in weight and will support rigs well over 18kgs if required.
